Access to the full range of HFC member benefits is obtained through an annual membership fee. We work as an information and services ‘hub’, providing a link between a range of carefully chosen Facilities Management product and service partners, on the one hand, and member organisations on the other.

As an NHS derived company staffed by former NHS employees, HFC retains NHS ethics and understands the pressures faced by our Estates and Facilities Management colleagues. Our NHS roots also mean that we're a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) which means that we don't have shareholders or dividends to pay each year. This also means that all the income we receive from membership is reinvested into the company to provide our services to our members and bring in new services we feel will be of collective benefit to the healthcare sector.
