Performance Analysis [INCLUDED in Membership]

We are aware of the changes being implemented progressively by NHSI and that there is a shift towards producing analysis in line with the Model Hospital and the dashboard presentation associated with this. When there is clarity on the direction this is taking we will review the information we provide to Members as part of our Benchmarking service to assess its ongoing value.

In the past we have:

  • Produced annual performance reviews for each Member organisation in key areas based on data submitted to the ERIC data collection system and an annual Trend Analysis dating back to 1996. These reports help Members assess how their organisation is performing alongside others of a similar size and function
  • Facilitated small workshops of like-minded organisations interested in the further sharing of data and better working practices to enable cost efficiencies
